\n\tWe hope you're doing well this summer, and even though this heat may make running 5Ks and spending time outside seem pretty unappealing we wanted to share with you our upcoming event, the Run for All Festival (http:\/\/www.RunForAllATX.com<\/a>). Run for All will pick-up the momentum we started last year with the Spooky Skedaddle, and is set to be a new tradition for the Texas School for the Deaf community and for all Austinites.
\n\t 
\n\tRun for All will take place on October 19, 2013<\/strong>. <\/span>Our first band – yes, first band – hits the stage at 5:30 pm while the runners arrive and get settled in. Shortly before the 5K starts at 6:30 pm, teenage bluegrass phenom Ruby Jane Smith will start her set. The 5K will take you on two loops around the TSD campus. When you finish, you'll have a chance to visit our food trucks and other vendors around the track and the infield. But don't leave yet, because there's still the pro track meet at 7:15 followed by an under-the-stars captioned screening of "Beetlejuice," presented by the Alamo Drafthouse. If, somehow,  you're still not done, after the movie wraps up runners are invited to the after-party at Freddie's Place right around the corner on South First.

\n\tAll of this – registration for the 5K, admission to the rest of the event, and a tech t-shirt – is only $30<\/strong>,<\/span> and the proceeds will benefit the Texas School for the Deaf Foundation. Through our sponsors we are able to offer a variety of incentives to corporate wellness programs and training groups, so if you have co-workers, make sure to bring them out in force and see what you can earn for the office (and a little something for yourself, of course).
