Howard Rosenblum is a Senior Attorney at Equip for Equality, Illinois\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Protection and Advocacy, and has 15 years\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 experience in disability rights and special education law. Mr. Rosenblum is co-founder and Chairperson of the Midwest Center on Law and the Deaf. He received a law degree from IIT\/Chicago-Kent College of Law (1992) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona (1988). <\/p>\n
Interpreters and real-time captioning will be provided. Any other assistive needs must be requested by October 29, 2007 to guarantee coordination. <\/p>\n
