\n\tMy name is Cornelia Loos, I'm a 3rd-year PhD student in the Department of Linguistics here at UT and I'm looking for somebody who is fluent in both English and ASL and could translate some of the data for a study I'm currently conducting on ASL. Your task would be to look at a video recording of a participant signing ASL and voicing along in English what's going on. Your voice would be recorded so that I have a record of the translation. While you should be fluent in ASL and English, you needn't be an interpreter. The recorded data is a little under an hour long and I can pay $30 for the translation.\n<\/p>\n
