These ongoing hatha yoga classes will be taught by Lila Lolling,
\ncertified Sivananda Hatha Yoga instructor. With nearly 3,500 hours of
\nteaching and 3,000 hours of study, Lila offers variations for all
\nexperience levels and physical ailments. <\/p>\n

Come and explore the beauty within a mainstreamed class as Lila
\noffers knowledge in ASL only, voice only and ASL & voice at the same
\ntime. All classes offered by donation. Please arrive a few minutes
\nearly to be prepared to start on time. Bring your mat and\/or towel,
\nwear comfortable clothing and be sure to have an empty stomach for at
\nleast 2 hours before class. <\/p>\n
