This 4-week lecture series is designed to reveal the steps necessary
\nto embody a life of true inner peace and happiness. There will be
\nhandouts, meditation practices, breathing exercises and
\ncreative\/journal work. Yoga and spiritual teachings will be the
\nfoundation of these teachings. This is for those of you who are ready
\nto create & embrace a positive lifestyle change and a new-found
\nperspective on your life. <\/p>\n

This will be a “closed” circle – meaning that what happens at Amala,
\nstays at Amala. It also means that no one is allowed to join the
\ngroup after the first week. <\/p>\n
