\n\tSenior Executive Assistant<\/a><\/strong>
\n\tSupports many functions within the organization with and on behalf of the President.  Serves as an administrative arm for the President, acting as a liaison between the President and the leadership team.  Assists President with development of innovative communications with employees and steers employee recognition and appreciation events. Highly organized, dependable, energetic and tech savvy.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tBenefits and HR Compliance Manager<\/a><\/strong>
\n\tImplements and manages the CSD Benefits program as well as provide support for wellness, worker’s comp, and safety and unemployment programs.  Mediates between providers, company and employees.  Holds leave management expertise, especially FMLA.  Is experienced in Human Resources field, particularly with benefits and compliance.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tEmployee Relations and Recruitment Manager<\/a><\/strong>
\n\tPassionate about employee relations and recruitment.  Enjoys working with people and is experienced in working with various functions and levels of management.  Has strong project management, time management and organization skills.  Has experience in working with an ATS.  Relishes in creating a positive, welcoming environment for employees.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\tContracts and Compliance Manager<\/a> <\/strong>
\n\tOversees contractual compliance, maintenance and archiving of legal documents.  Supports the document management of CSD's contractual obligations and requirements.  Has administrative or executive assistant experience, including business writing.
\n\t 
\n\tNetwork Administrator<\/a> <\/strong>
\n\tAdministers and oversees network design, implementation, and troubleshooting  as well as enforces "best practices" for each component, improving on processes as needs change.  Experienced in working with a wide variety of telecommunications equipment. Holds deep understanding of WAN and TCP\/IP.  Has networking certifications.\n<\/p>\n
