DESCRIPTION OF EVENT: Winter SolstiCelebration – an interfaith,
\nmulticultural commemoration of Winter Solstice with music,
\nstorytelling, ceremony, dance, poetry, ceremony and ritual. Exploring
\nthe regenerative grace of darkness and the redemptive power of light
\nwith movement, chanting, sing-a-longs, yoga and other opportunities
\nfor active whole-bodied participation. <\/p>\n
The service will be signed for the deaf.
\n Please bring flashlights to participate in the light service!
\n We\u0019ll be accepting donations of canned meat, fish and saltine
\ncrackers for the Cathedral of Hope food pantry. <\/p>\n
