Motter comes to VLI as a veteran
court reporter and CART writer highly regarded in the CART and
captioning industry.

Before joining VLI, Motter has worked in the field of CART and
captioning since 1992. Having a person of his stature in the realtime community
dedicated to quality of our CART services is in line with our
Participation ElevatedTM approach,\u001d stated Brandon Arthur, VP of
Business Development.

In May 2007, VLI launched is proprietary CART platform that allows
consumers to customize its features to suit their preferences,
including options to adjust text speed, spacing, font, size and
color, as well as a section for notes and a chat window. VLI\u0019s CART
services are provided either on-site or remotely through the
Internet.

Motter will continue to have his base of operations in the Kansas
City area, where he lives with his wife of 24 years and two children.

Visual Language Interpreting

Established in 1999, VLI (http://www.vli-dc.com
) is a national provider of sign language interpreting and CART
services, with a specialization in on-site or remote service for
conferences and other business and public environments.
