Job Opportunity: Counselor for Deafness or Hearing Loss – San Antonio<\/strong><\/p>\n

The San Antonio North Field Office has posted a counselor position that will be responsible for serving a specialty caseload in working with consumers who experience Deafness or Hearing Loss.<\/p>\n

We are looking for applicants who meet the following:<\/p>\n

* holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, or closely related field
\n* possess the necessary knowledge of the Deaf and Hearing Loss Culture (strongly preferred)
\n* have an established work history in working with the Deaf & Hearing Loss population (strongly preferred)
\n* are Proficient in American Sign Language (required)
\n* have previous Vocational Rehabilitation experience (strongly preferred)
\n* can demonstrate exceptional teaching skills
\n* have project management experience (ideal)
\n* are ready to work in a positive, team focused atmosphere; AND
\n* are firm believers in providing Exceptional Customer Service to all individuals<\/p>\n
