About me (homeowner): I’m in forties, laid back, a full-time employee at TSD, and an independent person.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n

You need to be a mature and independent person who owns a car. You must have a job and keep a low profile. No drama or issues. Smiles<\/p>\n

RENT:<\/p>\n

$450 included utilities (high speed Internet and TV cable) monthly, plus the use of a garage for your storage.<\/p>\n

LOCATION:<\/p>\n

Del Valle which is approx. 15 miles from Austin<\/p>\n

PETS:<\/p>\n

2 beautiful cats, therefore you must be cat friendly<\/p>\n

TRANSPORTATION:<\/p>\n

Easy access (within 1 mile) to tolls 45, 130, 71, and 183<\/p>\n
