Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas with your family, relative or
\nfriends. It was unbelievably warm weather. <\/p>\n
We earned a very good profit on selling the raffle tickets at
\nWal-Mart last month. The proceeds go to the funds for Christmas party
\nprizes. <\/p>\n
We want to thank Kathy Walters from CSDVRS for donating us a new
\nlaptop for TCD. <\/p>\n
Our Christmas party on December 8th was great with an unexpectedly
\nlarge crowd. We had a great time and met a lot of new faces. We would
\nlike to welcome new members to our TCD. We had very delicious food and
\nbeautiful decorations. We would like to thank the Board for setting
\nup, made the delicious food and decorating for Christmas. The kids
\nwere so excited to see Santa. The kids sat on the Santa\u0019s lap and
\nreceived the presents. They were excited to open the presents and
\nliked their presents. Everyone was excited about the certificates and
\ngifts that we give away — over $650 worth. During the last game, we
\nasked people to look under their chairs to find the number. There was
\nan outburst to find the number under the chair. We were shocked to see
\nhow out of control or wild they were when they looked for the number
\nunder the chairs. Cathy Edler-Ashely found the number and received I
\nLove you glass vase. Secondly Preston found the number and received a
\nChristmas glass vase. <\/p>\n
Our last minute plans for a New Year\u0019s party was very successful.
\nMany people brought various potluck items and we served the
\nchampagne. There were some new faces from Oklahoma and other towns.
\nWe celebrated our New Year at midnight and had a blast. <\/p>\n
We just would like to inform you that we have already planned for
\n2008 events. Please check out our website under events. <\/p>\n
We will not have the general meeting in 2008. Our plan for the
\ngeneral meeting is to be hosted by CSDVRS. If you are interested in a
\nV-meeting, all you have to do is to set up V meeting in your
\nVideophone (VP) under CSDVRS. It will be a live chat through relay by
\nVP. If you are interested to receive the information about V-meeting,

. We will help you to set up the V meeting in your Videophone (VP). <\/p>\n
We will be hosting the Dart\/Billiard tournament on January 19th at 7
\np.m. at Sherman Elk Lodge in Sherman, TX. Cash Bar will open for
\nanyone over 21 to drink. If you are interested in playing darts or
\nbilliards, it costs $10 and winner will receive first place $50
\nprize. Please mark it on your calendar for November and December.

We are looking for volunteer to become the Board of Trustee for our
\nTCD. If anyone is interested in this position, please email Scott,

. We are looking for 1 of Board of Trustee who is willing and
\nmotivated to fill this position. <\/p>\n
TCD is a non-profit organization with Section 501 (c) (3) and we do
\nhave a fund if you wish to send money order and\/or a check to us.
\nPlease make sure to note that it is specifically for the fund on your
\ncheck\/money order. <\/p>\n
