Hurst, Texas, June 30, 2014 \u2013 Artisan Center Theater proudly presents Disney\u2019s TARZAN at its newly renovated 200 seat theater-in-the-round. The theater and box office are located in the historic Belaire Plaza at 444 East Pipeline Road. The show runs Friday, July 11 \u2013 Saturday, August 23, 2014. Performances are at 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday with 3:00pm matinees on Saturdays 7\/19, 7\/26, 8\/2, 8\/16, 8\/23\/2014. Reserved seating. TARZAN will be interpreted for the deaf and hearing impaired on Thursday August<\/span> 7, 2014 by Miranda Mayeux and Naomi at 7:30pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n

ABOUT TARZAN:
\nTARZAN is based on Edgar Rice Burroughs\u2019 classic story and the 1999 Disney animated, smash-hit film about an orphan jungle boy raised by a nurturing family of apes. The young boy strives for acceptance by his ape father while grappling with his uniqueness. When a human expedition enters their territory, Tarzan, now a man, encounters strangers like himself for the first time. This is a heartwarming tale of parental love, a child\u2019s need for acceptance, and his search for his place in his family and the world.
\nTARZAN features a powerful musical score by Phil Collins.<\/p>\n
