Business Analyst \u2013 Salesforce Administrator – FULL TIME<\/strong><\/p>\n

Locations: Clearwater, Florida<\/p>\n

Description:<\/p>\n

The Business Analyst will be responsible for owning, developing, and executing the day to day configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall improvement of the CRM platform. The Business Analyst will be the CRM and Salesforce subject matter expert. Will work closely with internal and external partners and participate in all phases of new implementations, including planning, design of the application, configuration, development and coding of customer objects, fields and integration points. The Business Analyst will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders (Customer Support, Operations, Sales and Marketing) to ensure CRM and Salesforce supports<\/span><\/span> all of the business needs.<\/p>\n

Performs data analysis and responsible for providing reports and recommendations to senior management.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n

Essential Functions and Skills:<\/p>\n

* Perform administrator functions such as user management, profiles, roles, permissions, rules, queues, storage management and licenses.
\n* Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals, create and maintain customer objects, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
\n* Participate in the full application lifecycle<\/span><\/span> from design to development, testing, and deployment.
\n* Work with end users to provide best practices on Salesforce usage including<\/span><\/span> training and documentation.
\n* Customize reporting and dashboards for various teams, provide reports and report training.
\n* Establish and implement best practices in system configuration, maintenance, security, data integrity, backups, etc\u2026
\n* Experience with unit and integrations<\/span><\/span> testing as well as software development practices and methodologies
\n* Strong interpersonal and communication skills ability<\/span><\/span> to collaborate with the Development team and other departments in developing solutions which meet the needs of the business.
\n* Excellent project management skills.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

* Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
\n* 3 plus years of experience in CRM and Salesforces Administration or Salesforce certificate
\n* 2 plus years of experience with VisualForce and Apex
\n* 2 plus years of experience Microsoft SQL server, SQL reporting and extremely proficient in Excel.
\n* Expertise in reporting, data integration, and data management.<\/p>\n
