Collin College: Interpreter Preparation Program for the Deaf – Advisory Board Open Call for Members<\/strong><\/p>\n

Collin College is pleased to announce an open call for membership applicants to its Interpreter Preparation Program for the Deaf (IPPD) Advisory Board. We are looking for organizing, passionate people who will contribute to the growth of the IPPD program and the development of skilled sign language interpreters.<\/p>\n

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have a knowledge of American Sign Language, Deaf Culture, and\/or Sign Language Interpreting. Board members should have the ability to attend monthly meetings in Plano, Texas.<\/p>\n

We are accepting applications (letter of interest along with your resume) now through Monday, September 22, 2014.<\/p>\n
