Entrants will be permitted to bowl as often as they wish, but cash
\nonly once (See Rule315) <\/p>\n
**IMPORTANT** <\/p>\n
Use your highest USBC final average of 2007-2008. If you current
\naverage at time of entry of 21 <\/p>\n
games in ten or more pins higher than your 2007-2008 average, your
\ncurrent average must be used. <\/p>\n
If no average from last year, use your highest USBC average of this
\nyear at time of entry at least <\/p>\n
21 games. All other bowlers scratch, Rule 319b.*Non-league bowler can
\nqualify by paying $19.00 <\/p>\n
affiliate USBC membership fee. Possible re-rating depends on winning
\nover $600.00 per event <\/p>\n
within 12 months. This rule will apply to all participants. If the
\nre-rated average is not accepted <\/p>\n
by the bowler, the entry fee shall be refunded. Tournament Manager
\nreserves the right to refuse <\/p>\n
any entries. Any bowler who falsifies his or her average will forfeit
\nall prize fees. <\/p>\n
