Wellness at TSD in Austin<\/p>\n

I am Ashley Ortego, and I work in the HR department at TSD. One of my
\nresponsibilities is the Staff Wellness Plan. We just completed our
\nfirst series of Weight Watchers At Work held on the TSD campus
\nMondays 3:45-4:30. We would like to continue the program at TSD, but
\nwe need more people to constitute a group. <\/p>\n

So, we would like to let you know that YOU’RE INVITED (your neighbor,
\nyour grandma, your uncle, whomever) to join us for Weight Watchers at
\nTSD. We’ll take care of the interpreters, you take care of yourself.
\nPlease see the attached flier. <\/p>\n

Additionally, we would like to invite you to Yoga in ASL at TSD
\nWednesdays 4:15-5:15 starting February 13th. <\/p>\n

There is also the Austin Marathon that we’ve all been tracking our
\nmileage for and the TSD Triathlon coming up April 27th! <\/p>\n

There are several other wellness activities on campus, and we’d love
\nfor you to be a part of them! You can add the “TSD Wellness” Google
\nCalendar to your own or just email me to stay connected. <\/p>\n
