This announcement is to let you know of the upcoming Deaf Awareness
\nDay (DAD) that will take place at the Austin Community College \u0013
\nRiverside Campus on Saturday April 5th! <\/p>\n
The ACC-Deaf Studies Association (DSA), which is an recognized
\nstudent organization with the Student Life Office at ACC, is
\nsponsoring this exciting event for the first time. We\u0019d like to
\ninvite you and\/or your organization to sign up for an Exhibit Booth
\nat this event. We anticipate more than 200+ Deaf, Hard of Hearing,
\nDeaf-Blind, Elderly Deaf and Hearing individuals, Families, Friends,
\nEducators and Social Services Agencies will participate. <\/p>\n
If YOU are interested in exploring college transfer classes or career
\ntraining opportunities at ACC, come join other prospective students
\nfrom the Texas School for the Deaf and the Central Texas Regional Day
\nSchool Programs for the Deaf at our Deaf Open House. Campus Tours and
\nPresentations will give you a hands-on overview of our Deaf ESOL &
\nother exciting programs at ACC. <\/p>\n
The Deaf Studies Association will also perform a totally new \u001cFifth
\nAnnual Deaf Monologues Play\u001d that afternoon at 4:00 pm in the Bldg.
\nG-81111 Auditorium. <\/p>\n
The DAD Booth Registration Form is attached, and encourage you to
\nsign up by the February 29th Early Bird Deadline. <\/p>\n

\nOrganizations working with the Deaf Community, and feel free to
