MARIE is a partner center of the National Consortium of Interpreter Education Centers (NCIEC) and serves as the Center of Excellence <span id=\"4f5869e9-ca8c-4a5a-aca9-f1c5686d95f5\" class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\">on<\/span> Legal Interpreting. In her capacity as Director, Anna oversees the Legal Interpreter Training Program (LITP) offered through UNC, is currently creating a court interpreting induction program in each of the NCIEC regions, and is developing a series of training packages for a legal interpreting train-the-trainer event that will soon be launched.<\/p>\n<p>Participant Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Participants must take the pre and post tests and keep their webinar <span id=\"bcd4146a-b726-41e6-8f2f-05eb0176c168\" class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\">screen active<\/span> at least 70% of the time to earn CEUs. Texas BEI CEUs are approved (<span id=\"d0bf7a49-cded-4f83-8ce1-fffc4f1790c5\" class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\">.<\/span>15). If you need RID CEUs, contact an RID CEU provider in advance of the session to request PINRA approval to earn CEUs.<\/p>\n<p>CART (Communication Access Real-time Translation) will be provided.
