Experience with collegiate extracurricular<br \/>\nactivities, strong understanding of the deaf culture and strong<br \/>\ncommunication skills. Budget planning experience and knowledge of<br \/>\ntesting and assessment used with the deaf. <\/p>\n<p>DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES: Coordinate and supervise Student Services,<br \/>\nDiagnostic Center, Residence Halls, Activity Center, and Maddux<br \/>\nStudent Center. Develop, implement, enforce, review, evaluate and<br \/>\nmodify policies and procedures relating to the Student Services<br \/>\nDivision. Evaluate department personnel. Identify and develop program<br \/>\nneeds and evaluate same.
