The Travis County Democratic Party will conduct a public training
\nsession on the basics of attending and conducting the March 4 (7:15
\np.m.) Precinct Convention Caucuses. An overview of the March 29th
\nCounty Convention processes will also be covered. <\/p>\n
If you cannot make this meeting, there will also be an identical
\nmeeting held Saturday, February 23rd. <\/p>\n
An American sign-language interpreter will be at both TCDP sponsored
\nPrecinct Convention informational meetings. <\/p>\n
Current Precinct Chairs: The March 4th Precinct Convention Packets
\nwill be ready for distribution and pick-up at this meeting! <\/p>\n
Anyone who votes in the March 4th Primary to include anyone that
\nchooses to vote early (Feb 19-29) is eligible to attend their Party
\nPrecinct Convention. <\/p>\n

Participation in your precinct convention is the first step in
\ndetermining the make-up of the Texas Delegation to the Democratic
\nNational Convention which will be held in Denver this August. The
\nTravis County Democratic Convention will be held Saturday, March 29
\nand the Texas State Convention will be held June 6-7. For further
\ndetails, check these respective dates on our calendar. <\/p>\n
