DAD Upcoming Election<\/strong><\/p>\n

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT…for everyone who is a member of Dallas Association of the Deaf (DAD)!!!<\/p>\n

There will be a special election, for the 2015 officers, held on Saturday, December 20, 2014.<\/p>\n

The election will be held on the night of our annual CINGO Christmas Dinner but it will be a brief election so it will not interfere with the start of the CINGO game. The elected-officers will begin their duties in January, 2015.<\/p>\n

Members will be able to watch the oath ceremony while they are eating their Christmas dinner before the CINGO games which will start at 8:30 P.M.<\/p>\n

We apologize for the inconvenience of the election being held during our annual Christmas Dinner but last month’s election had to be cancelled, due to the severe weather. There were not enough members present to meet the quorum.<\/p>\n

The election will start at 7 P.M.<\/p>\n

DAD wishes you the best of luck in winning one of the big money prizes, especially this time of year, when we could all use a few extra dollars for Christmas.<\/p>\n

DAD is a place to come and enjoy a friendly and pleasant atmosphere & environment.<\/p>\n

Any hearing student who takes an ASL, Deaf culture, or Interpreting class will be welcome at DAD for college credit.<\/p>\n

Try to be there early for a better parking space for your vehicle. There is a steel fence around the parking lot to protect your vehicle. If the parking lot is full, you can park your vehicle the church across the street from DAD.<\/p>\n

More details will be provided as soon as possible. Please keep eyes on it via the DAD website or Facebook!<\/p>\n
