Free Counseling at HCMHD – Houston<\/p>\n
The Houston Center for Mental Health and Deafness (HCMHD) is pleased
\nto announce that Mr. David Bass will be working on clinical hours for
\nhis master’s degree in counseling at our office. As a part of his
\ntraining, he must complete a number of hours of supervised counseling
\nat no cost (free to you). <\/p>\n
Mr. Bass is deaf and is an excellent match for deaf adults who live
\nin the Houston area and use sign language or ASL. This is a
\nshort-term experience as his training course will likely end in May,
\n2008. A limited number of clients will be accepted for free
\ncounseling. Those interested may contact HCMHD at lomasg@comcast.net<\/p>\n
to set up an appointment.<\/p>\n

David S. Bass is graduate student who is working on getting Master of
\nEducation in Development and Counseling at Lamar University in
\nBeaumont. He has Bachelor\u0019s Degree in Psychology from Gallaudet
\nUniversity. He was born deaf and currently lives in Houston. Feel
