Sally is a very friendly girl. She was surrendered to the shelter by
\nher owner who says she is 2 1\/2 years old. She appears younger than
\nthis. Sally is AVAILABLE TO RESCUE RIGHT NOW. She is considered a
\nspecial needs dog because she is deaf. Sally’s tracking number is
\n4174. Can someone help this sweet dog? <\/p>\n
