Work involves coordinating external customer service support and receiving and responding to public inquiries for information regarding the DARS Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services programs.<\/p>\n<p>Duties include: responding to external customer inquiries, coordinates the entry of information into databases, oversees the processing of approved invoices, providing consultative services and technical assistance to staff, interpreters, governmental agencies, community organizations, or the general public and training others.<\/p>\n<p>Works under moderate supervision with limited latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May train others.
