Conversational Sign Language I An introduction to sign language, Fingerspelling, and numbers. Provides basic Functional communication skills with individual who are deaf. (16 hours)<\/p>\n

Conversational Sign Language II<\/p>\n

This Course builds on the skills from Basic Conversational Sign Language I in the Workplace.<\/p>\n

Developmental of basic conversational skills through practice designed to improve communication with clients\/co-workers who are deaf. Expand the use of ASL linguistic features and gain cultural awareness in the Deaf Community. (16 hrs.)<\/p>\n

PREREQUISITES: To participate, students must have completed the Basic Conversational I in the workplace or one semester of Beginning Sign Language course.<\/p>\n
