Are you ready? (Podcast, Video) <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Why are we going through the digital transition? (Video) <\/p>\n<p>&#8211; What you need to know about the DTV Transition in American Sign<br \/>\nLanguage (Video) <\/p>\n<p>You can find them at http:\/\/www.dtv.gov\/video_podcasts.html<\/p>\n<p>All of the videos are captioned, but we haven&#8217;t checked the podcast. <\/p>\n<p>The video in American Sign Language runs for 16 minutes and 43<br \/>\nseconds. <\/p>\n<p>It includes the following: <\/p>\n<p>* Background on why there is a transition to digital TV <\/p>\n<p>* The difference between digital television and HDTV <\/p>\n<p>* What you need to do (options) <\/p>\n<p>* The digital TV converter box program <\/p>\n<p>* What to do if you have a problem with viewing the captions <\/p>\n<p>* Examples of some captioning problems you might have, and what to do<br \/>\nabout them <\/p>\n<p>To view the videos, you will need Real Player. If it is not already<br \/>\ninstalled on your computer, click on the video you want to view and<br \/>\nyou will get a link to a free download of Real Player.
