Through effective communication,<br \/>\nthe Manager is responsible for the recruiting, training, supervision<br \/>\nand retention of HOVRS Customer Recruiting Representatives. The<br \/>\nmanager will build and maintain positive relationships with Deaf and<br \/>\nHard of Hearing communities, including but not limited the following:<br \/>\nbusiness, schools, government, and community-based organizations. The<br \/>\nideal candidate assumes a leadership role in a team-oriented<br \/>\natmosphere. Follow up with respective team members on work<br \/>\nperformance. May be assigned other responsibilities as needed. <\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification Requirements: <\/p>\n<p> 1 &#8211; 3 years experience in a deadline-driven, professional marketing<br \/>\nor sales environment<br \/>\n Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or related area, or<br \/>\nequivalent experience required<br \/>\n Must be self motivated, have excellent organizational skills and be<br \/>\na creative problem solver<br \/>\n This position requires excellent organizational, project management,<br \/>\ncommunications, sales, and interpersonal skills<br \/>\n Experience in managing multiple projects under strict deadlines is<br \/>\nmandatory<br \/>\n Work history in telecommunication and\/or sales<br \/>\n Knowledge of relay telecommunication and sales concepts, principles,<br \/>\nand practices<br \/>\n Experience working with budgets and relationship marketing highly<br \/>\ndesired<br \/>\n Must be willing and able to travel often and sometime on short<br \/>\nnotice<br \/>\n Proficiency in ASL communication is required<br \/>\n Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint <\/p>\n<p>Application deadline: Until Filled <\/p>\n<p>Our mission is to enhance effective communication.
