Position: Customer Recruiting Team \u0013 Independent Contractor <\/p>\n
Location: Rocklin, CA <\/p>\n
Brief summary of duties: <\/p>\n
Under the supervision of the Customer Recruiting Manager, the
\nCustomer Recruiting Representative will be responsible for qualifying
\nleads by cold calling and teaching customers how to use VRS services.
\nIn addition, the ISR will call prospective deaf customers and
\ngenerate leads for the department. The representative will also be
\nrequired to maintain accounts through follow up and customer
\nretention surveys. Other duties may be assigned as needed. <\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
Qualify leads provided by Marketing or referrals
\n Market and provide support for VRS Services
\n Convert original equipment to use Hands On VRS
\n Communicate company value proposition to build loyalty, and maintain
\ncustomer base
\n Provide follow up support for all accounts ( inactive and active ) <\/p>\n
Minimum Qualification Requirements: <\/p>\n
1-2 years of Sales experience
\n Professional demeanor and attitude
\n Results driven with excellent phone etiquette
\n Able to handle high volume and stressful environments
\n Understanding of sales processes
\n Excellent customer service skills
\n Proficiency in ASL communication is required
\n Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint <\/p>\n
