Gray Houston, Texas 77019<\/p>\n<p>This session will explain how to work with interpreters, the meanings of \u201cqualified interpreter\u201d and \u201ccertified interpreter,\u201d and the steps to receive quality interpreting services. Ann Horn is Deaf and is the Direct Services Program Specialist at the DARS Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS).
