The Deaf Action Center will host the 10th annual Teen Leadership
\nSummit for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Girls April 17, 2008 at the
\nWomen’s Museum Fair Park in Dallas, Texas. Our theme this year is
\n“Tonight’s Dream Can Be Tomorrow’s Reality.” If you know of a girl who
\nis deaf or hard of hearing in the 7th-12th grade who would like to
\nattend please contact us at sgiles@deafactioncentertexas.org<\/p>\n
. The cost to attend is $25.00 per girl. Scholarships are available. <\/p>\n
We are also looking for women who are deaf and hard of hearing who
\nare pursuing their dreams to be role models and mentors to the girls
\nfor the day. If you are such a woman and would enjoy mentoring a young
