HI DAD Members and Guests,<\/p>\n
Hope everyone is doing well! I remember I was complaining how hot it was and wishing fall was here.<\/p>\n
Well October is here and time will go quickly. The officers have been busy planning weekends with fun events and talking about what\u2019s going on with DAD.<\/p>\n
In the meantime being a president has been a joy for me and learning so much about how to run the club and serve members with my pleasure! To my knowledge and experience gain, I feel I shall call a Special Town Meeting, It will be held on October 10th after OU\/UT Party. It is mandatory that DAD members come. This meeting is about the possibility of increasing membership due fee and new major changes effective 2016.<\/p>\n
With the almost end of the year, the election is almost here and will be on November 10th. You may start campaigning yourself or do know someone that would be great for DAD. Here’s the thing, he\/she have to be qualified by showing up last 4 General Meeting and be a member of DAD with some qualifications in the background. Good Luck!<\/p>\n

(Always 1st Saturday)\u00a0DPL (Deaf Poker League) opening at 7 P.M. (Always 1st Saturday) Saturday, November 7, 2015<\/strong> \u2013 Deaf Vendor Day from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. Saturday, December 5, 2015<\/strong> \u2013 LCR \/ DPL opening at 7 P.M. (Always 1st Saturday) Thursday, December 31, 2015<\/strong> \u2013 New Year\u2019s Eve Party (Detail Will be announced later.)<\/p>\n Thank you, Announcement:<\/strong><\/p>\n Deaf Vendor Day Crafts & business by deaf owners If you want to hold a booth, it is $20 dollars for a table and two chairs and $5 more if needed electricity. Please send a money order or check payable to DAD with your business name and contact by VP, text or email. If any questions, please contact either one Deadline is October 24, 2015.<\/p>\n Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n DAD is a place to come and enjoy a friendly and pleasant atmosphere & environment.<\/p>\n Any hearing student who takes an ASL, Deaf culture, or Interpreting class will be welcome at DAD for college credit.<\/p>\n Try to be there early for a better parking space for your vehicle. There is a steel fence around the parking lot to protect your vehicle.
