-IMPORTANT- <\/p>\n
– Use your highest ABC or WIBC final average as of 2006-2007, if your
\ncurrent average as April 1, 2008, after 21 games is ten (10) more pins
\nhigher than final average, your current average must be used. If no
\naverage of last year, use your highest ABC or WIBC average of this
\nyear at time of entry at least 21 games. All others bowl scratch, Rule
\n301B. <\/p>\n
– Non-league bowler can qualify by paying $18.00 USBC Affiliiate
\nmembership fee. <\/p>\n
– Possible re-rating depends on winning over $300.00 per event within
\nprevious 12 months, this rule will apply to all participants, if the
\nre-rated average is not accepted by the bowler, the entry fee shall be
\nrefunded. <\/p>\n
– Rule No. 319A-3, 319D, 319E and\/or Tournament Re-rating System will
\napply to all participants. <\/p>\n
TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRIES <\/p>\n
