The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) and the Public Consulting Group (PCG) will conduct public meetings on:<\/p>\n

The comment will be taken on the integration of the DARS Division for Rehabilitation Services and Division for Blind Services Independent Living (IL) programs and the outsourcing of the integrated IL program to Centers for Independent Living (CILs) or other organizations. Comment will also be taken on the evaluation of whether services provided through the DARS Office for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (DHHS) could be better provided by the CILs.<\/p>\n

DARS and PCG will take video log (VLOG) and written comments until 5:00 p.m. on February 29, 2016. Comments may be submitted electronically to TXCILContact@pcgus.com or sent by postal mail to:<\/p>\n
