GARLAND OBSERVANCE OF NATIONAL DAY OF PRAYER<\/p>\n

FOR THURSDAY MAY 5, 2016 AT 11:30AM AT THE<\/p>\n

ATRIUM 300 N. Fifth St., Garland, TEXAS 75040<\/p>\n

(Garland, TX) \u2013 Mayor Douglas Athas has proclaimed Thursday May 5, 2016 as National Day of Prayer in Garland. Members of the community are invited to gather at 11:30 AM at the Atrium, 300 N. Fifth Street for the 15th consecutive observation of this day. This gathering continues the tradition of prayer that was begun in 1774 at the Continental Congress.<\/p>\n

Our theme for the 2016 observance is\u00a0Wake Up Garland emphasizing the need for individuals, corporately and individually to return to the God of Fathers.<\/p>\n
