We all hope you have a great Easter this year with your family and
\nfriends! Again, it was unbelievably weird warmer weather! <\/p>\n
This month, we have great event ever! We host a big and first event,
\nTexoma Council for the Deaf Bowling Tournament. We have 44 fans and 17
\nbowlers! They all have blast of fun and enjoy met new face and making
\nnew friends! We will host this again on March, 2009. They want to come
\nback again! Here is the list who won the tournament: <\/p>\n
1st: 949 Points – $200.00 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Austin, TX <\/p>\n
2nd: 894 Points – $100.00 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Houston, TX <\/p>\n
3rd: 886 Points – $45.00 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Grand Prairie, TX <\/p>\n
4th: 871 Points – $23.00 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Hewitt, TX <\/p>\n
5th: 828 Points – $23.00 \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Midwest City, OK <\/p>\n
Next month, TCD host Deal or No Deal Game on April 12, 2008 at Elks
\nLodge #2280. The Cash Bar will be open for anyone over 21 years old to
\ndrink. This month, please help us and buy TCD Raffle Tickets for
\nTCD\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 4th Annual Deaf Picnic on June 28, 2008. <\/p>\n
This month, we will have general meeting on CSDVRS hosted V-Meeting.
\nIf you are interested in a V-Meeting, all you have to do is set up
\nV-Meeting in your Videophone (VP) under CSDVRS, or if you need help,
\nCSDVRS will come by to add CSDVRS on your VP and give you free new
\ntoll free # 800\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s. It will be live chat through relay by VP. If you
\nare interested to receive the information about V-Meeting, please

\n we will help you to set up the V-Meeting in your VP. <\/p>\n
The next TCD Events in March will be 1st Annual TCD host Deaf Bowling
\nTournament on March 15, 2008 at Lone Star Bowling on F.M. 1417 South.
\nAfter the Bowling Tournament, we will have social night at Elks Lodge
\n#2280. The Cash Bar will be open for anyone over 21 years old to
\ndrink. This month, we will start selling TCD Raffle Tickets for
\nTCD\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 4th Annual Deaf Picnic on June 28, 2008. <\/p>\n
If you are not a member and are interested in becoming a TCD member,
\nsend us your contact information by email at info@texomadeafclub.org<\/p>\n
so we can send you information including our TCD Newsletters, Events
\nand social night around Sherman\/Denison in Texas. Or you can check out
\nat the Deaf Network that advertises about our TCD activities or
\nevents. Member fee are $10 per year for Single and $15 per year for
\nFamily and kids 17 years and under. Please send check or money order
\npayable to Texoma Council for the Deaf, P.O. Box 2686, Sherman, TX
\n75091. Or you can come to our next events to sign up to become a TCD
\nmember. <\/p>\n
We are looking for two volunteers to become the Board of Trustee and
\none Photographer for our TCD. If anyone interested in this position,
\nplease email Scott, the president at president@texomadeafclub.org<\/p>\n
. We are looking for one of Board of Trustee and Photographer who is
\nwilling and motivated to fill this position. <\/p>\n
TCD is a non-profit organization with section 501 (c) (3) and we do
\nhave fund if you wish to send money order and\/or a check to us. Please
\nmake sure to note that it is specifically for the fund on your
\ncheck\/money order. <\/p>\n
