Disability Rights Texas is interested in learning about the barriers to persons who are deaf or have hearing impairments in accessing assistance in dealing with a home foreclosure issues in Texas. If anyone has had any problems getting help on a home foreclosure issue, please answer the following questions:<\/p>\n

1) If you own your home in Texas, have you had any challenges with falling behind on your mortgage payments or faced foreclosure?<\/p>\n

2) If so, have you experienced any barriers to getting assistance from your mortgage company or other groups, such as a lack of sign language interpreters?<\/p>\n
