UH ASL Interpreting Program is proud to present the following workshop for interpreters and interpreters-to-be:<\/p>\n

Title: Game On! First Quarter: Volleyball and Baseball (3 BEI and RID CEUs available)<\/p>\n

Date: April 2, 2016 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM<\/p>\n

Location: UH – Farish Hall (KIVA room)<\/p>\n

Cost: $10 for UH students and alumni, $15 for general attendees<\/p>\n

Attend this workshop to develop and improve your skills in the use of classifiers, 3-D space, and descriptive adjectives. Professor Terrell Brittain will explore the world of sports in a series of workshops. The first workshop will focus on the movements, rules of play and language components as applied to the sports of Volleyball and Baseball. This will be an ASL-only environment (sign language interpreters are not scheduled to be provided).<\/p>\n
