Dallas Association of the Deaf (DAD) will host a Dedication Ceremony in honor of Laura Lemmon-Moore, who passed away on February 23, 2016. All those who wish to attend the event to celebrate Laura\u2019s life, are invited.<\/p>\n

WHEN: April 23, 2016<\/p>\n

TIME:
\n11:00 AM \u2013 Social Hour
\n12:00 PM \u2013 Hors d\u2019oeuvres Served
\n1:00 PM \u2013 Dedication Ceremony<\/p>\n

Laura was a life-long member of DAD and she generously contributed funding to DAD over many years. She was also a member of North Texas Deaf Senior Citizens. Laura was well-known in the Deaf community. She loved to travel the world with her group of deaf friends. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.<\/p>\n

All former presidents of DAD are encouraged to attend the ceremony, so that they can be recognized for their association with Laura, and to honor Laura for her dedication to DAD.<\/p>\n

Please mark April 23rd on your calendar and share the news with your friends in the Deaf community. Everyone in the Deaf community who wishes to attend, is welcome.<\/p>\n
