Deon Williams was born on May 26, 1953 to Mae Elizabeth Dunn and Arthur Louis Martin, Jr of Harris County, Texas and was raised with 5 siblings: 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She married Cecil D. Williams June 7, 1973 and was mother to two daughters Millicent and Marcellina Williams. She died on May 16, 2016 of a chronic illness.<\/p>\n
