THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!<\/p>\n

We are hosting Jesus Signs Workshops. These workshops are designed to give you:<\/p>\n

* religious sign skills \u2013 beginning, intermediate, or advanced
\n* resources for teaching and training Deaf people
\n* on going support and resources to use in your area
\n* skills and ideas how to reach out
\n* sharing ideas how we can work together to meet your needs.<\/p>\n

We are offering Workshops this summer:<\/p>\n

When: July 29-31, 2016<\/p>\n

Where: To Be Announced<\/p>\n

Begin Friday night, then Saturday 8 to 8 (closing with group presentations!)
\nSunday Mission Festival and special classes for those able to attend.<\/p>\n

CEU Credits are available for these intensive workshops<\/p>\n

This helps us know how many people attending so we can prepare materials and food. Pay when you arrive<\/p>\n

Why Jesus Signs?<\/p>\n

We want to help equip people with heart for Deaf Ministry. We want to connect with and support people who have a heart for reaching out to the Deaf people in their area.<\/p>\n

Plans for the Workshop:<\/p>\n

People traveling – we plan for people to arrive and begin 6 pm Friday<\/p>\n

At various times during the day we will have sessions on:
\nReligious Sign Skills
\nDeaf Ministry
\nDeaf Training Materials
\nDeaf Culture
\nVariety of resources you can use!<\/p>\n

Plus many other hands on times to practice what you are learning. Our goal is to help you become better equipped to share your faith with Deaf People in your area.<\/p>\n

Costs: Registration = $25<\/p>\n

Food provided Sat Lunch and Dinner (We ask you bring snacks to share during break time)<\/p>\n

Lodging options will be online and sent to you when you register<\/p>\n

Deadline for registration \u2013 we will accept walk in that weekend, but we are asking people register before so we can plan for materials and food.<\/p>\n
