Getting there: <\/p>\n
* From I-35 in south Austin, exit onto Slaughter Lane and head west. <\/p>\n
* Look for Yarsa Blvd. or Palace Parkway on your right side, then
\nlook to your left side. <\/p>\n
* Prepare to turn left, immediately after some apartments near the
\npark entrance. <\/p>\n
* Turn left into the entrance and follow the road all the way to the
\nback where the parking area is. (You will pass the small radio airport
\non your left side) <\/p>\n
* When you are on the parking lot, you will easily see the pavilion
\nand the flying hands. <\/p>\n

This 344-acre park includes a picnic pavilion, volleyball courts, a
\ndisc golf course, a nature interpretation center, baseball field,
\nbasketball and tennis courts, soccer field, 1.5 miles of hiking and
\nbicycle trails, an equestrian center and a two-mile equestrian trail,
\na model airplane field, and a fully accessible fishing pier on
\nSlaighter Creek.<\/p>\n
