Bookkeeping Assistant Position<\/strong><\/p>\n

I am an employer in the central Austin area and have a job opening that I’d like to circulate to the deaf community.<\/p>\n

It is a part time bookkeeping position that can be performed at home and entirely online.<\/p>\n

Empresario LLC is seeking a bookkeeping assistant. The position is currently an hourly, 1099-MISC contractor position.<\/p>\n

Services desired include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Posting Bills,
\n– Uploading transactions from the bank,
\n– Reconciling bank accounts,
\n– Generating and sending reports internally, and
\n– Providing administrative support as needed<\/p>\n

Empresario LLC formed in April 2015 and represents its subsidiaries as Texas\u2019 first spirits house.<\/p>\n

We import, manufacture and supply distilled spirits to wholesalers. Quickbooks Online experience is a must. The flexibility to grow into a larger administrative position as the company grows is preferred.<\/p>\n

The majority of the work performed for this position can be done off site and online. It is a new position and expected to be 5 to 10 hours a week at first. $15\/hour is negotiable based on experience.<\/p>\n
