After a relentless battle with Stage 4 Metastic Melanoma her body could no longer keep up with her fearless spirit. Her courage, grace, and generosity of spirit, repeatedly left people in awe. Her smile touched countless hearts and was a constant reminder that light shines from within. Stacy was a staunch advocate for deaf people\u2019s rights around access to information, language, and communication. She was an active woman who loved riding bicycles, playing tennis, volley ball, and snow skiing. She was a valued employee of L3 Communications Company for 26 years who truly loved her co-workers.<\/p>\n<p>Stacy was the daughter of Richard L. Wagner (deceased) and Betty Williams Wagner.
