Scheduler- Interpreting Services (San Antonio)<\/strong><\/p>\n

San Antonio Interpreters are looking to hire a full-time scheduler to work Monday – Friday.<\/p>\n

Duties:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Receive and process requests from clients via phone, fax, and online
\n\u2022 Contact and assign interpreters to future appointments
\n\u2022 Work closely with client staff for confirmation, changes, and cancellations
\n\u2022 Confirm with interpreters a day before the appointment
\n\u2022 Maintain accurate record of requests and cancellations in the central database
\n\u2022 Develop and cultivate positive relationship with clinic staff and interpreters
\n\u2022 Work closely with Operations Director to keep an up-to-date interpreter and client record
\n\u2022 Handle multiple phone lines for company divisions
\n\u2022 General office duties
\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022 3-5 years of experience in call centers or customer service handling phone calls
\n\u2022 Some college education- Preferred
\n\u2022 Able to type at least 50 WPM
\n\u2022 Proficient with Word, Excel, and other MS Office programs
\n\u2022 Detail-oriented and organized
\n\u2022 Able to work in a fast-paced environment
\n\u2022 Pleasant, customer-oriented personality a must<\/p>\n

Required education:<\/p>\n

\u2022 High school or equivalent<\/p>\n
