Two Interpreter Wanted: Virtual Casting Call – “The King & I” – Houston<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

ASL Interpreting is back in the Houston Theater District! Join our cast of talented ASL interpreters today!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our approach involves script analysis, translation skills, timing & memorization. We actively seek interpreters holding current BEI or RID certification. We will also accept pre-certified interpreters scheduled for testing and who have completed an internship with a theatrical interpreting component.<\/p>\n

What’s needed: 2 ASL Interpreters<\/strong><\/p>\n

Time commitment:<\/p>\n

Kick-off meeting: Sat, February 25, 2017
\nPreview of the show: Sun, March 12, 2017
\n*Initial run-through: Tues, March 17, 2017
\n*Final Run-through: TBD
\nPerformance: Sun, March 19, 2017 @ 7:30pm<\/p>\n

The *ASL Language coach will also attend.<\/p>\n

Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

BEI\/RID Certified ASL interpreter: $550
\nPre-certified ASL interpreter: $350
\nASL Language coach: $ 40 per hour<\/p>\n

All fees will be paid within 30 days of show performance.<\/p>\n
