TWC to public stakeholder meetings for vocational rehabilitation service program changes<\/strong><\/p>\n

On December 13, 2016, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) announced public stakeholder meetings for January 2017. These meetings will address combining the two designated state units (DSUs) into a single Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program.<\/p>\n

TWC will seek public input on combining the two DSUs, including the proposed organizational structure, the combined VR goals and related policy changes.<\/p>\n

Information documents for the public meetings are now posted on the Vocational Rehabilitation Services web page. They are located on the far right under Related Materials.<\/p>\n
