Martha’s Vineyard Place Opening Job Position<\/strong><\/p>\n

Martha’s Vineyard Place – MVP (Quest Management) is currently seeking a highly qualified, experienced, property manager for a newly constructed apartment community in Dallas\/Oak Lawn area. This is a flagship property that will gain national attention because of its unique appeal. This is a LIHTC development, therefore, potential candidates must have experience with tax credit.<\/p>\n

Additionally, a minimum of 5 years on-site management experience is required. Candidates must be poised, professional, polished, and have strong communication skills. Candidate must have the temperament to multitask, interact with multiple entities, and manage special projects (outside of daily operations). It is preferred that candidates have their CAM, or CAPS certification. ASL and or experience with deaf communities is preferred. Knowledge of RealPage OneSite is preferred.<\/p>\n

This position offers an excellent compensation package for the right candidate. The salary will be based on the candidates experience, education, and certifications.<\/p>\n
