The Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Office of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services (ODHHS) seeks qualified vendors to provide ODHHS Resource Specialist services and Specialized Telecommunications Assistance Program (STAP) Outreach services. Services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) and in compliance with the ODHHS Contract Standards.<\/p>\n
