FUNDRAISING: Support Deaf Hurricane Harvey Survivors <\/strong><\/p>\n

We, the Greater Houston Action Center of the Deaf, is offering our helping hands to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind and DeafDisabled survivors of Hurricane Harvey. Need a donation form? Contact us. We understand that there are other donation drives circulating. However, we focus on DHHDB survivors and their families on the Greater Houston area. GHACD is a nonprofit organization.<\/p>\n

This is a joint fundraising campaign hosted by various Deaf clubs and organizations in Houston with a single mission: to raise money to go directly to Deaf survivors who live in the Texas gulf coast to help cover simple basic living needs. Any donation that you can spare, no matter how large or small, is greatly appreciated. Darla Connor and Cindy Barnett will be distributing the donations to the Deaf Hurricane Harvey survivors per FEMA guidelines.<\/p>\n
