The camp opened in 2003 and held in Dayton, Washington, the first camp director was Sheila Cole. She charged the camp in 2003 to 2013. In 2014 &amp; 2015, (second) as camp director was Elly R. No camp in 2016 &amp; 2017. The camp restored in the summer 2018. Now, a new camp director is (third) Ivan Alfaro, the first deaf male as the camp director in the history. The Camp Hands Up is the leadership, friendship, fellowship, relationship, educational, teamwork with the deaf, hard of hearing, CODA community in the Northwest.<\/p>\n<p>Registration: The cost of the camp is $110.00 on September 1st until April 30th. Late is $120.00 on May 1st until May 20th.
